The role of United Energy Distribution's Community Liaison Manager is to establish effective lines of communication with various local government & community groups.
It is also to act as United Energy Distribution's representative in discussions on a range of community innovations, issues, concerns and ideas in the areas of customer service and business practice.
The Community Liaison Manager is to provide feedback and work with our customers and the community with ideas on initiatives designed to enhance the company's customer service and/or business practices.
