Check that your system meets the following specifications:

You need Windows Media Player version 6.4 or higher. If you don't have this, you can download the software for free.

You need at least a 28 K modem.

If you are running Windows 95 or NT 4.0, you will need Windows Media Player 6.4.

If you are running Windows 98 or higher you will need Windows Media Player 7.0

STEP 2

Select your slides loading option

Slide Preloading Option
Slides can be preloaded into your browser's cache, improving the speed of download. This is recommended for low-speed connections.

STEP 3

Access the webcast

Assuming Windows Media Player is on your computer, choose one of the links below.

Note: once the broadcast starts with Media Player 6.4 installed you may be asked to install the Windows Media V7 Codec. Select Yes othewise video will not appear. The download time for this codec is around 15 seconds.
